When shipping to MESSE C, goods must be sent to the following address with clear marking of the fair, stand number and company name:

Goods should arrive no more than 1 day in advance of the fair's first build-up day, unless otherwise agreed. And most be collected on the last removal day. If goods are delivered outside this period without any agreement, goods may be rejected/removed at the exhibitor's expense.

On delivery, the driver must address the Technical department.

Opening hours of the Technical Department for delivery of goods:
Monday-Thursday 8.00 AM - 3.30 PM
Friday 8.00 AM - 1.30 PM

The technical department will sign for receipt, but Messe C cannot be held responsible for delivered goods (wrong deliveries, damaged goods or regarding storage).

MESSE C will show the carrier where the stand is placed or to a specified location at Messe C. When using "curbside delivery", the goods will be transported to the stand by a carrier at the exhibitor's expense.

FORK-LIFT:  Only with pre-order of fork-lift assistance will MESSE C be able to unload trucks (this is a supplementary buy) We therefore recommend to use carriers, who can unload the goods themselves.

NB: fork-lifts with diesel engines is prohibited in the exhibition halls.
