Inspiring masterclasses at Creative Days 2026

This year, Creative Days offers a series of masterclasses for those of you who want to delve deeper into the topic within yarn that you would like to learn more about.

At Garntorvet, we have established a workshop room with space for 16 participants, and here we have invited some of the most talented yarn people to teach various disciplines within yarn. 

"With only 16 participants in the class, there is room to receive targeted teaching that helps you with exactly the challenges you are facing.", says project manager for Creative Days, Kim Skovby Klindt. 

The workshop leaders are all used to teaching and are therefore good at getting everyone involved, regardless of level. 

The masterclasses you can participate in are:

• Andreas Ruthemann: “A fresh look at classic knitting”
• Popknit: "Intarsia" (tapestry knit)
• Frejas Knit: “Knitting magic with yarn scraps”
• Sys Fredens: “Tunisian crochet”
• Kirsten Nyboe: “Dyeing yarn”
• Eponas: “Crochet for Beginners”

Each masterclass costs 500 DKK and lasts 2 or 3 hours.

"We have created some masterclasses that allow you to have time to explore the fair and immerse yourself in a masterclass, even if you are only at Kreative Dage for a single day.”, concludes Kim Skovby Klindt.
