Minuba has the chrome-plated overview at the Sewer Fair
When several thousand professionals meet for the Sewerage Fair in Fredericia in January, the company Minuba from
Kgs. Lyngby among the more than 150 exhibitors.
- It's a fantastic fair for us - not least because there is both the 'regular' fair and at the same time competition and life in the sandboxes in connection with the DM in Kloak. It makes the whole thing even more lively,
and we are of course proud that the participants are using our system during the Danish Championship in Kloak, says Katrine Hassø Nielsen, Marketing Manager at Minuba.
The company develops and sells a digital order management system that makes it easier for craftsmen to keep track of, among other things, quotes, material consumption, working hours, quality assurance and invoicing - directly from their mobile phone.
"Few people become craftsmen because they think it's super fun to do administrative work. But the requirements for, for example, documentation and quality assurance are constantly increasing, and many craftsmen spend an unnecessary amount of time on paperwork. We want to save them that, so they can spend their time on their core tasks," she points out.
Giving money to customers
In addition to electricians, plumbers and sewers are the largest customer groups for Minuba, which also helps to include all materials on the bill.
- Along the way, you might use some pipes, joints and other bits and pieces that you forget to include on the invoice. But that can quickly add up - experience shows that up to 25 percent of all materials are not registered, and that's a lot of money to give to the end customer, notes Katrine Hassø Nielsen.
The system also includes options for analyzing previous tasks - was the contribution margin good enough? - and the hated task of collecting material for the auditor or accountant at the turn of the year suddenly becomes a non-issue.
- At the Sewerage Fair, we will also focus a little on how an order management system makes it easier to prepare your business for sale or generational change. We sometimes see that seasoned craftsmen sell their company too cheaply because it is not clear enough what financial foundation the company is on. It is a shame if you have now worked hard for decades to build something up, notes the marketing manager.
She and Minuba look forward to meeting both existing and potential users in Fredericia - and also those who are not yet completely comfortable with digital tools:
- Not everyone is digital, but we hope to show that it is not dangerous - on the contrary, it is a huge relief. We just hope that as many people as possible adopt Minubas or another order management system, for their own sake, concludes Katrine Hassø Nielsen.
You can meet Minuba at the Sewage Fair in Fredericia on January 29-30, 2026!
