The second edition of MESSE C Furniture Fair is well underway.

The first MESSE C Furniture Fair got off to a great start, and after evaluations of the debut and some minor adjustments, the 2026 edition is now well underway.

All exhibitors gathered in one large hall with up to 16.000 m2, adjustment of opening hours and more focus on Scandinavia are some of the changes that will take place from the first MESSE C FurnitureFair to the second edition, which will take place April 26-29, 2026.

- The concept of a centrally located fair and an affordable cost level went down really well with the exhibitors, says senior project manager Lars Søndergaard at MESSE C, Fredericia about the first FurnitureFair that took place in April this year and continues:

- The visiting trade audience from the chains and retail level in the furniture industry – owners, buyers, store managers and salespeople – also welcomed the fair, where they were presented with news and the opportunity to plan for the upcoming season.

Free admission, free catering and the opportunity to visit the fair on Sundays and in the evenings meant great flexibility for the stores in planning their participation.

A total of 916 professionals representing 543 companies visited the procurement fair.
Just over 18% of the visitors were foreign guests from a total of 19 different countries, and here Swedes and Norwegians topped the list.
This interest means that the fair will have even more focus on the neighboring countries to the north in its marketing in 2026.

Already at this time, more than half of the stands have been sold, so it is an optimistic project manager who is looking forward to welcoming the furniture people again.
