Ground clearance
Hall A: is everywhere 9,0 meters and between the kites up to 12,5 meters
Hall C: is everywhere 4,5 meters and up to 5,5 meters between the kites
Hall D+E: is everywhere 6,5 metres, but only 5,5 meters lengthwise of the hall
between the columns, and up to 7,5 meters between the girders
Floor
Concrete floor without weight limit in all halls.

When sending goods to EXHIBITION C, the goods must be sent to the address below with clear markings of the trade fair, stand number and company name.
Thus:

Goods can be delivered no earlier than 1 day before the fair's first build-up day, unless otherwise agreed.
You must collect your goods on the last collection day at the latest.
If goods are delivered outside this period and nothing else has been agreed, goods can be rejected/removed at the exhibitor's expense.
On delivery, the driver must contact the Technical Department.

Technical Department opening hours for delivery of goods:
Monday-Thursday at 08.00-15.30
Friday at 08.00-13.30
The technical department acknowledges receipt, however Messe C is not liable for delivered goods (wrong deliveries, damage to the goods or in connection with storage).
Messe C directs the trucker to where the stand area is located or to a specific location in MESSE C.
When using "curbside delivery", the goods are transported to the stand by a trucker at the exhibitor's expense.
TRUCK: MESSE C can only unload trucks by pre-ordering truck assistance (this is an additional purchase - Contact the technical department).
Therefore, it is requested to use transport companies that can deliver in cars with a lift or that have their own trucks with them.
NB: it is NOT permitted to use diesel trucks in the halls
