For you as an exhibitor

The short answer: Everyone. 
In MESSE C, we accommodate all kinds of events from 10 to 10.000 people. 

These include trade fairs, large parties, concerts, team days, employee meetings, kick-offs and much more. The organizers can be anything from trade associations, large and small companies, to employee groups and private individuals.
You are always welcome to contact us - we will be happy to make an offer for your event.

There is a wardrobe in the entrance. At some events it is unmanned and free, while at other events it has a user fee. 

We have one defibrillator in the conference entrance. 

MESSE C has reserved parking spaces for disabled cars right at the entrance. All rooms are accessible by elevator, and there are disabled toilets in both the exhibition and conference sections.

We have hotel with 118 spacious rooms just across the street and if this is not enough, you will find more than 5.000 hotel beds within 20 min. driving.

If you are traveling by plane, the nearest airport is Billund.

We have 3.000 free parking spaces for our guests at and near MESSE C. 
If you are participating as an organizer, course leader or lecturer, we have reserved parking spaces for you right at the entrance. 

If you come in an electric car, we have charging stations from e.on in our car park where your car can be charged.
We have space to charge six electric cars at a time. 

To charge your car, you must be an e.on subscriber, pay in the e.on DRIVE app or pay with a credit card directly at the charging station.

We have a specific area for organizers and exhibitors behind the halls, which they are given access to upon arrival. Here it is also possible to drive through the gates and directly into the halls and unload in connection with, for example, the construction of stands or similar. 
 

It is not permitted to bring a dog into MESSE C. 
However, there may be a few exceptions assessed based on the event. 

If you are a cyclist or just want to explore Fredericia and the surrounding area by bike during your visit, rent a bike, easily and affordably through Donkey Republic.
