Professional festival, network, fair, conference and general assembly
The two festival days were kicked off on Saturday, when the combination of trade fair, conference and networking day was unfolded and, as mentioned above, the professional program was followed by a blast of a party on Saturday evening, where there was fun, laughter and partying.
The day revolved around the professional, but the focus was also on the various networks that had to meet for a joint day rather than smaller events in each network. The association's creative members and the technical members had to unite and create a big joint day.
Sunday consisted of lectures and then general meetings were to be held in the various networks, which were gathered in our fair and conference center.
Trade fair site
with room for
networking and lectures
For the trade festival itself, we created a unique universe centered on a large green area in the middle of our largest hall, with trees, benches and cozy lounge areas. Around the area we placed street food stalls, where the lunch was to be served from.
As you know, food brings people together and by serving street food, a naturally informal atmosphere is created at lunch, which invites you to network. Therefore, it became street food, which became the first meal of the day for guests and volunteers.
In a ring around the green network area, we distributed the fair's exhibitor stands, workshops and conference rooms for the many different lectures of the trade festival.
MESSE C, was responsible for the development of the universes, food, execution and everything that formed the framework for both the festival, Saturday's party and Sunday's general assembly. We chose this approach to the event in order to create areas that would embrace all the different networks and at the same time create a common ground for networking across the various professional areas that the Technical National Association covers.
Party, confetti
and fun
The evening's party was to be a cosy, relaxed and unpretentious evening for 600 diners from all over the country. Here we chose to arrange cozy lounge areas and quiet nooks where you could retreat and chat with the exciting people you had met on the day.
We also created a party area for the revelers with a dance floor and fantastic party atmosphere.
"When a completely raw exhibition hall becomes a room with warmth and space to accommodate 600 happy people for a Festival with exhibitions, lecture halls, working workshops, stalls, Street Food and areas for pleasant conversations, it does not happen by itself. From the time we arrived on Friday afternoon until we left again on Sunday at noon, we were greeted with great hospitality and outstanding service. You were constantly present and helped with big and small things.”
