Dinner and party for 3000 people - Cozy and festive
Our kitchen had prepared a delicious organic menu for the 3000 diners, which was served from several different buffets around the floor, so that the diners could easily fill their plates again and again.
The covering and decoration made our large hall both cozy and atmospheric, even though it had to accommodate 3000 festive guests at the same time.
During the dinner, there were speeches and entertainment from the stage, which included was shown on a large screen so that all participants could clearly see and participate.
After dinner, the party opened up and there was dancing to live music the long night.
Hospital Lillebælt is a unified hospital unit for the triangle area, and the name brings together Middelfart, Kolding and Vejle hospitals in one unit, which is Region Southern Denmark's second largest hospital unit.
The employee party was a joint party for all employees at the three hospitals, and everyone who was not on duty or on call participated - pretty much.
