Sustainability, networking and mix-your-own sweets
The focus for the day was sustainability, which was reflected in both our set-up and the day's programme.
We had built a small green and informal oasis, where the whole day unfolded with breakfast, speed dating, lectures and street food. All built with recycled materials from our event warehouse, including pallet furniture, barrels as standing tables, trolley benches and chalkboards to avoid printing and much more.
In addition, we had set up our water stations with tap water and sparkling water, as a more sustainable alternative to water bottles.
We did the tour of our house in collaboration with Madsby Legepark, who took the guests around in a mini train and showed them our large halls and outdoor areas. The collaboration with Silent Events ensured that we could simultaneously tell the guests about the unimagined possibilities at MESSE C, while allowing the guests to ask questions along the way.
A really good and inspiring day, which ended with a real sugar shock in the delicious mix-your-own sweets buffet.
