Focus on coziness, activities and good Christmas food. The task was to create a Christmas lunch that the guests would not associate with a traditional Christmas lunch. Therefore, we built a real man cave, in the form of a hunting lodge with everything it contains, as a setting for the festivities leading up to Christmas.

Christmas party in the hunting lodge

LM Windpower's annual Christmas lunch is held at Messe C. The task was to create a Christmas lunch that the guests would not associate with a traditional Christmas lunch. Therefore, we built a real cellar man, in the form of a hunting room with everything it contains, in one of our restaurants.

The area was filled with trees, decorated with string lights on the ceiling, the tables appeared raw and the lounge areas were created from Chesterfield sofas surrounded by life-size deer, eagles and bears.

In the second restaurant, there was a fine setting for dining, the columns were wrapped in fir garlands, large Christmas trees bathed in light spread the scent of pine and a living Christmas landscape took its starting point from the stage.

Real coziness, fun activities - and great Christmas food

After arriving at MESSE C, the evening started with entertainment from Specialklassen in our conference rooms, and the mood was high right from the start. Although it was not the traditional model for a Christmas lunch, the guests had no doubt what kind of celebration was ahead when they were presented with the food.

The menu consisted of Christmas food, of course, but spiced up and served as share food. Here, the food is served delicately in dishes on the table, so no one has to “run” like at a buffet. On the contrary, you can concentrate on sharing and enjoying the food together. A very special atmosphere is created around such a table. You have an inspiring community around the food, where you give each other tips about what you shouldn’t miss on the table.

"Deadly duels" in Jagtstuen

After dessert and the last almond gifts were handed out, it was time for fun and mischief. Therefore, the hunting room was filled with various activities to duel in.

Bows and arrows were shot at various targets, the hunting simulator was eagerly used, and fierce battles took place across the foosball table. In the room between the restaurant and the hunting room, the DJ played music for dancing, which lasted until the end of a fantastic and different Christmas lunch.
