A traditional Christmas party where guests were surprised with their own nightclub and karaoke bar

In 2024, we transformed Hall D into a cozy Elf Village, where a cobblestone path led guests in for a communal meal and a revue. When dessert was finished, a new space was revealed in the form of the nightclub Club Snowflake, which included a gaming area, silent disco, karaoke bar and dance floor with accompanying DJ.

Traditional Christmas lunch and
a hidden disco with a karaoke bar

We held a magical and festive Christmas party for Ørsted, where guests were greeted by a traditional Christmas universe filled with Christmas trees, long tables and lots of elf hats. An unforgettable evening was planned with delicious food, drinks and of course a schnapps for the brave.

After dessert, there was a change in the mood when we surprised the guests by closing down Elf-Village and revealing an additional space in the form of the nightclub Club Snowflake.
The round bar was the center of an evening filled with partying, dancing, karaoke, DJs and a games area.
The silent disco area was well-visited, where guests could choose between three music channels, which provided the opportunity to create small festive islands in the party.
The games area offered classic party games such as beer pong, foosball, table tennis and shuffleboard, giving guests a nice break from the dance floor.

No party was complete without karaoke, and the karaoke bar, located in a separate room, offered the opportunity to become the star for an evening. Here, guests could perform on their own stage, while cozy café and bar furniture allowed the audience to sit back and enjoy the show.

For guests who needed to retreat, we had set up a cozy quiet lounge where you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the company of a colleague in a subdued atmosphere.

The evening was filled with fun, celebration and amazing memories.
