A Christmas party where guests were surprised with live music and their very own private funfair.

In 2024, we transformed Hall A into a funfair with bumper cars, a shooting tent, a crazy house and a concert venue.
The theme was only revealed in the middle of the party, so the 1.700 participants got quite a surprise when they finished their own revue.

In December 2024, the event agency in MESSE C had the pleasure of organizing a spectacular Christmas lunch event for 1.700 guests.
Guests started their evening in a screened-in welcome area, consisting of both standing tables and cozy lounge areas. To make it as easy as possible for the different departments to find each other, the trees in the welcome area were lit up in different colors as a form of color zones for colleagues to find each other in.

When everyone had arrived, the guests were taken to the plenary area, which had been set up inside Hall A. Here, this year's company revue was performed for the employees - an entertaining experience that created both laughter and togetherness.

When the revue was over and all the necessary information was shared from the stage, the big surprise came: The doors were opened to a completely new space, where a funfair, street food and a dance floor awaited. Our event planning included radio cars, a crazy house, shooting tents and a multitude of arcade machines, which provided an authentic funfair experience. To stimulate all the senses, we also provided stands with roasted almonds and churros, so that guests could enjoy both visual and taste impressions.

For those who wanted a more relaxed experience, a stage with live music and a dance floor lit by disco balls was also created. This part of the event allowed guests to dance and party on the floor.

For those quiet conversations and guests who wanted a less hectic environment, a large quiet lounge was created – perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quieter atmosphere, far away from the other activities.
