Danish Agro general meeting and celebration of 125th anniversary

Benjamin Hav, Jan Gintberg, COPENHAGEN DRUMMERS and a long line of beautiful tractors took over our conference rooms and hall D when Danish Agro celebrated their 125th anniversary.
The day started with a large general meeting in our conference department, after which a large pre-party in the form of a memory lane of the company's 125 years of history was unveiled in hall D.
During the evening, several new rooms were revealed, where guests were served dinner and then could go to their own private club.

"We were supposed to organize a staff party and celebrate the company's 125th anniversary. We looked around and looked at a few different places, but ended up booking Messe C. We did that because they had a really cool setup, when you left a meeting with them, you were completely high. There were no limits to what you could do in their halls, they have all the possibilities to throw a completely unique party. Their giant carpets that they use to create the little universes in the party itself are absolutely fantastic. You don't even notice that you are in a huge hall. We had a contact person who was in charge of coordinating the whole thing, and it just worked really well, great that that person is also there during the whole party. We had the most fantastic party that all our colleagues really talk a lot about, so a huge recommendation from us."

125 years marked in style

Danish Agro marked the company's 125th anniversary in style at MESSE C.
The day brought together 390 participants and began with a well-organized general meeting with inspiring features, including an entertaining presentation by comedian Jan Gintberg. After that, the guests moved on to a lively and nostalgic pre-party, where a complete “memory lane” universe with historical highlights, a cozy atmosphere and informal activities around the bar formed the framework for the first few hours of the party.

When all guests had arrived, the guests were led to an elegantly decorated banquet hall, where a delicious dinner was served in an inviting and festive atmosphere. During the dinner, there was energetic entertainment from COPENHAGEN DRUMMERS and a welcome speech from the CEO, who set a solemn and warm tone for the evening. He was warmly welcomed as he drove through the banquet hall on a tractor.

Later, the event culminated with the unveiling of an atmospheric nightclub, where the party really got going. Here, Benjamin Hav and the band POPlic Service provided an intense, festive and captivating musical experience that brought guests to the dance floor.
The evening was rounded off with dinner before the buses took the guests home.
